Welcome to my blog!

Hey there! My name is Olivia Henken Corder, a newlywed, an accountant, a musician, dog mom, ancrafter, mindless calligrapher, Joanna Gaines wannabe, and most recently a blogger! What started as a way to share wedding photos with our friends and family has become a new blog for me to explore, learn, share, and create. I am so glad you have stumbled upon my new site!

I wasn't sure what to even start with when creating categories, sometimes I feel like a Jack of All Trades but a Master of None. But, I figured I could use this blog to share the things I do feel like I know and if my advice/opinions/suggestions help one person, I'll feel like I did the right thing by starting this blog.

If you look through the (very raw, work-in-process) site, you'll find stories about love, music, travel, lifestyle, and more! I just celebrated my one year anniversary with the love of my life, Josh, whom I met while competing on Season 5 of NBC's The Voice. Which brings me to music - I have been singing since the age of 4. I have my own band, the Olivia Henken band, Josh & I have a duo act, JoLivia, and Josh, my sister Lyndsey, and I have a big-band act called The Mixers! If you scroll through the different band pages, you'll find upcoming gig dates, downloadable and streaming original music, and updates on what we're doing with our careers!

There will be much more content to come in the near future. Bare with me in these beginning stages of setups, coding lessons, and deciding what exactly I should write about - or more importantly, what YOU want to hear about!
